"Oh my goodness..."
I am so humiliated for having shelled out almost 50 dollars for the wig. I bought the curly blonde summer waves wig...let's just say that the picture is nothing near what you're getting.
When I opened the wig, the first thing I noticed was the hairline of short hairs that looked like it was trimmed by a toddler. Literally they're all cut short, and the hairline is way too thick. All of the hair is bunched up right at the top. And it honestly looks like a unit that a sixteen year old girl would make in her bedroom after mom said no to hair bleach. The tracks are all over the cap with no organization or pattern. It looks as if it was glued in some places and is just so incredibly bad....it looks like Helen Keller made it.
On top of that, the length and thickness are nowhere near the photo on the site. It has the thickness of average European blonde hair, it is way too shiny, and the length barely touched my chest. The model makes it look like a standard 30 inch wig.
I wouldn't even wear this wig on Halloween. It really hurt my heart to throw it in the garbage right after unboxing it, but thats where it belongs.

Return is almost impossible since you need to return it back to China
For the return: if you contact Customer service, they answer like robot, only 1 answer per day, you need to wait for 1~2days to continue conversation

"Bait and switch"
The wrong wig came. The wrong length, uneven cut and lumpy on one side with the part in the wrong area. Don't waist you money. You won't like the quality. Big disapointment.

Sent me wrong wig, never answered emails, phone calls, nothing. Waited forever for it, still NOTHING. I would think twice. I was so upset bc I lost my hair and wanted to feel better so badly.

Ordered this wig after reading the description of it being a lace front cap.. when the wig arrived NO LACE . Emailed customer service right away letting them know I would like a full refund and to return the wigs due to this issue. Jasmine told me I will need to pay for shipping label to send all these way back to China, which is not their “guarantee easy free return”. We have been going back and fourth because the company really doesn’t want to take responsibility for their mistake. After making jasmine known of their error online, I see the product description now shows “traditional” cap. This company is full of BS and -0 star customer service.
