Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Emailed them and they still didn’t give me an answer. So I ordered the wig and when it arrived it was completely different to the picture. Plus the lady tried to not give me a full refunded for the product. Stay away from this site

The halo wiggy I bought did not come with clips as shown in ad. Will never buy from here again.

And the worst customer service anyone can imagine!
They had videos showing the wigs that I ordered, so I ordered them according to the videos and when they reached,
*they happened to have dark caps for light and blonde hair.
*the sides above the ears are not covered so my original hair shows!
*the line in the front is thick and black, so it has nothing to do with the natural look they show on their videos!

I have sent them too many emails trying to find away so neither side loses and instead of offering me replacements and apologize, they send me a link to youtube videos to know how to wear a wig! And all wigs in the youtube are not the same as the ones they sent me!
I am so disappointed with the way they handle their customer service! Truly poor!

It is not my first time wearing wigs and not the last. They could have handled it way better to keep their clients happy!

"TERRIBLE"

I try communicate with them a lot a lot of times to try to cancel my order before shipping but they never answer me, they respond me email when they shipped the item, so they told me I can returned it but I don’t trust them anymore, I don’t know if they’ll give me my money back, since they don’t answer emails they only answer when they benefit them. So horrible! There costumer service is terrible, and I try to call the number on the website but it said it was a watch store that was not available. An awful experience.
