"Be CAREFUL-WHEN IT FAILS you are stuck!!!"
It was okay when it worked. But they have upgraded their security settings and now I cannot get to my account without resetting all of my security settings, which I am not going to do. So haven't been able to get into for months. It has taken weeks to get a response back from Ring Central and now when they FINALLY have gotten back to me, oh sorry we are a prepaid company and therefore we don't really care that you have 8 more months on your prepaid, we aren't going to refund you any of the money that you paid to us. BE CAREFUL!! Do not fall into the trap of prepaying for a service with them that they refuse to stand behind when THEY changed their security settings to make it impossible to get to you account.

Their contract locks you in not only into a term of service that autorenews without ever revisiting the needs of the business, but also into the number of lines without the flexibility to down grade if the business needs change.
