Ring Central is ok, but very expensive for small businesses. Also it can be somewhat tedious contacting customer support. Adding or subtracting lines is way too time consuming

"The customer service is terrible"
The customer service is terrible. The initial persona who reached out about setting up service gave us a sales pitch and as soon as I said I was interested, he switched us to another member who then switched us to another member. I paid A LOT extra to be able to send SMS messages and then was told that it would take a couple of weeks to activate the SMS. It has been over 2 months and I still cannot send SMS messages. I cannot get the issue resolved and keep getting shuffled around.

They are literally ghosting their customers, we had to try to contact them about 5 times in 14 days just to purchase a plan and they all the time with 4 different representative just got our information and didn't contact back. It shouldn't be this hard to purchase a product. This company is not worth your time.

"Customer Service on Hold for hours for issue that was addressed 3 months ago"
I cancelled one of my 2 accounts in May 2024 and I discovered they have been DOUBLE BILLING me for the last 3 months. I have now spent almost 3 hours on the phone and NOTHING is resolved. Their Customer service puts you on hold for hours at a time. You have to call multiple times to resolved issues. Additionally, the RingCentral interface is VERY COMPLEX you need an hour plus of training to use, and it does not integrate fully to our external CRM. I am pretty exhausted trying to manage this account. I've just been on a third call - on hold for 1Hr 12 Min still waiting.

"Reliable & Software Continues to Improve"
We’ve been using RingCentral for a few years. It has worked well for us and the apps are user-friendly. If you need significant customer service, or are not comfortable with technology, RC and VOIP is probably not for you, but their pricing reflects that. They continually update their software with new features, which we appreciate.

"No one calls back"
I called for help with my account and left my number to get a call back and no one ever called me. Nobody answers the phone I don't feel like my calls are going through fast enough. How about some customer service.
