Scam. Horrible. Avoid at all cost!! They make it IMPOSSIBLE to cancel. First, they mysteriously always have "extended wait times to speak to a human, then you repeat you information (with pins #'s over and over), then you finally speak to a human who tells you that in order to cancel, you NEED TO WAIT 48 HOURS, FILL OUT AN INVOICE AND CALL THEM BACK! I kid you not. THERE IS LEGISLATION NOW TO PROTECT THE PUBLIC!!

The support runarounds are the worst!!! who the hell has like 12 support departments that dont talk to one another? Even Amazon AWS has better support.

These guys will not let you remove lines or reduce your service. Support either hags up on your or gives you a fake reference number and never completes the request.
Charry in particular was horrible both times but they all seem to have the same training to avoid allowing you to reduce service and either straight-up lie or just disconnect in the middle of the call.
I used CallCloud before and they were so pleasant and ethical. Highly recommend instead.
