"So much easier and more efficient than…"
So much easier and more efficient than using a fax machine. Easy to document the confirmations in email, and also easy to email a customer at same time as faxing. Saves paper, time, and improves verification of what was sent.

"review"
There's a typo in your question. Yesterday, I was sending a friend, who's breaking away from a larger accounting firm to start his own firm, a narrative about your service. I'm just attaching what I sent him.
-Phone system
I went with a VoIP system. I was able to transfer my old landline office number to VoIP. I went with Ring Central. With their service I get an e-mail with every phone. The e-mail identifies the caller and if they leave a message, it will transcript the message into text in the e-mail. It’s about 95% accurate. It depends on how well the caller annunciates as they talk. You can always go to the service and listen to the actual message from the e-mail or remotely from another phone.
Text messages-The service allows you to send and receive text messages. You also get an e-mail saying you’ve received a text. You have to go to the actual app to see the text, but it’s only two mouse clicks away. It’s nice because you can also reply to the text from your computer and the client will see it’s coming from your office number.
Any voice mail or text can be easily downloaded into your clients’ file. This is really nice for the clients that text you pictures of their information.
You have a lot of options to direct your calls. You can have the phone ring in more than on place at one time. You can also series the rings to ring first at one phone, and after how many rings you want it to ring, it will jump to the next phone you want it to go to. Because I work from home half the time, I code it to ring three time simultaneously at my Rockville office and at my home office. After three rings and I don’t answer, it goes to my cell phone. You can also control the hours of the call forwarding. I have my calls forwarded to my cell phone from 9AM-6PM. Incoming calls that come in outside of that window of time, ring three times at Rockville and Potomac, and then go directly to voice mail.
The upsides as I see them are:
-E-mail notification of income calls and texts.
-The ability to send and receive texts.
-The ability to download any messages directly to client files.
-The ability to setup the ringing sequencing.
-The cost $29.99 month.
-The ability to record phone conversation and later download the file to a client’s folder.
The downsides as I see them:
-You have to buy a VoIP phone, Mine was about $350. I didn’t get a wireless headset which I regret. But I came up with a $150 solution.

"We have been with RingCentral for some…"
We have been with RingCentral for some time now and find it to be quite a reliable service. We are able to make changes to call routing and users in a fraction of the time that it took us with our old PABX system.
