The food options (dinner) were very disappointing. Small portions, no options. The resturaunts were not very good nor were they accommodating to those of us with allergies.

"UNPROFESSIONAL & LACK OF INFORMATION"
Initially I was very excited for my child’s trip, originally scheduled in 2020. However, now that we are preparing for our trip -finally- in 2022, Explorica has made it into a nightmare. Obviously there are lots of questions and concerns about requirements and restrictions due to COVID, however, Explorica has been e phone unl unresponsive and down right rude when alive actually managed to talk to someone. They do not respond to chat messages. They do not respond to emails. They don’t answer the phone unless you choose “make a payment” option, and they do not return phone calls. The limited responses that I did manage to get gave me information for a trip my child was not even booked on. I’m supposed to entrust my child to a company that I cannot reach and doesn’t even know what trip my child is on. The unprofessional manner in which they have treated me is unbelievable. You will be lied to and they will only talk to you when they are taking your $5000.

"Did not provide round trip airfare- bused 5 hours each way to a different airport"
They say round trip airfare included, that is a lie. We were bussed 5 hours each way to a different airport to be able to leave the United States. We have a local airport in our city but I think the cost was too high for them.
Poor costumer service, complained to the coordinator at Explorica and was told they don’t take comments That I would have to call someone else.
