This is my 3rd car from County Motor Works Vauxhall in Chelmsford and have to say Brady Benson had the knowledge to convert a car purchase in a great experience, everything was well explained, simple to understand, he has diligently responded to all of my questions and concerns and has gone far above and beyond what anyone would ever expect.Highly recommend going to Brady. Thanks

We took our Autotrail in to Preston Motor Park due to a manufacture recall. We were very impressed that they could give us a timed appointment within a few days. They told us they needed it for an hour and their time keeping was excellent - it was ready for collection early. Would recommend Preston Motor Park.

"I had a service here in December 5 days…"

I had a service here in December 5 days later drove to Spain while there I found the engine oil leaking from the sump plug I manage to drive to a ford dealer and they made good the repair. on return to the UK I made contact with the service manager at Invicta motors Ashford I was asked to email my claim but no response back tried phoning with a promise of a ring back again no response. I guess we only know how good theses companies are when you have a problem cause by them.up to now I have had no apology or explanation that's our they treat a customer of ten years my advice is if you do use them check for oil leaks

DESERVES ZERO STARS BUT WONT ALLOW After various conversations with a so called sales person at Oldham Motors we arranged a visit so my wife could test drive a vehicle with the possibility of purchasing. We arrive at Oldham Motors on Saturday morning as per our agreement to be greeted by another sales person not the one that we had the appointment with, when we told him that we had an appointment to view a vehicle with another sales person he look at us and asked us to wait a minute while he spoke to the manager, about 30 seconds later he came back to us to then inform us that the vehicle had already been sold.😠😠😠😠

All your staff were friendly and helpful your Motability Expert was friendly, helpful and also very knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble. Everything was explained and I will definitely get my next Motability vehicle from Motorparks in the future.

"Poor Customer Services"

Poor Customer Services - Watch excessive charges: (2nd Issue)

My brothers car developed a fault after being serviced at Dees Ford Croydon. Car was originally purchased from Dees.
It is alleged that a mechanic caused the problem during recent servicing by breaking a part under the bonnet, but refused to accept liability.
No good will gesture was offered to resolve a simple fix 'broken wire to air box'.
They charged £150 to carry out investigation and fix, when the problem was pointed out to them during initial observation. The job probably took them 10 minutes to resolve.
They were very patronising.
Customer loyalty is now lost and will take my future business elsewhere.
