"Lesson learnt to never trust a salesman"
Motorparks Preston: Bought a car back in October that has a crack in the sat nav/radio screen but was told the part was on order with the supplier and they’d fix it as soon as it was in, but would take a couple of weeks - completely understandable. However it is now nearly three months since I was told this and seems as though it is never going to be fixed.
End of November/Early December rang up to ask for an update on 10 separate occasions, and each time was told they would look into it and I never heard anything back hence the numerous follow up calls. One occasion a member from the parts team said they knew the exact car and part I was querying as it had been mentioned as priority in a ‘parts meeting’, so thought I’d leave it and wait for an update as it sounded like it was being taken care of.
Rang for an update last week and was told that there was nothing on order for my car, and nothing for the make & model of my car (in case it hadn’t been noted down against my car by mistake).
To make things more difficult the sales team member I bought my car off has now left the garage so I keep having to re-explain the whole situation when I ring up, and I’m still none the wiser as to whether the part is on order/has ever been on order. Will not be holding my breath for it ever being fixed/replaced.
Lesson learnt to never trust a salesman’s word, I feel like it was a cowboy job.

"Very disappointed customer"
Went to collect a part from Motorpark Preston. I was dealt with by Nathan. He made me feel like I was an inconvenience, no apology for me hanging around waiting and waiting. Dreadful customer service with no eye contact. Maybe he needs extra training on these issues. We will not be returning for a service or any other future purchases. Very unprofessional. Look forward to your response.

"Very poor customer service at Doves of Horsham"
Very poor customer service and not what I thought i would get from this company based on our first meeting and then purchasing my car. It's gone from bad to worse starting with incorrect and incomplete paperwork and then finding I'd been mis-sold a warranty not fit for my car and now the silent treatment for several weeks after asking a couple of straight forward questions.
One very disappointed customer.

"Warrington Service Department - Amazing"
Had my car recovered into the garage, Need it for work and for family and the technicians were so accomodating getting my car diagnosed and booked in. Despite the warranty company taking an extended time to authorise my repairs they were spot on with the communication. Loved getting the video and the breakdown of all issues. The technicians customer service was always spot on, up front and reliable. Thanks to all at Warrington Service Dept for looking after me and the car

"Bought a Vauxhall insignia from bury…"
Bought a Vauxhall insignia from bury site, wasn't impressed at start when told I only get 30 day warranty, which for spending £11,750,was pretty poor,so I decided to pull out of sale,I then returned a week or so later to put my thoughts forward to them,Car is now £11,451 and I really wanted it,so after a while they came back saying they would do a years warranty, but I have to pay £11,750,so I go ahead with it,now getting it delivered, after saying they will deliver to Horsham branch at no extra cost,I get a call from salesperson to say would I contribute towards delivery as his manager was giving him a hard time, about it being delivered to Horsham, and they had to pay,not my problem, but I gave £100 towards it as I wanted car asap, now it gets better, get told will be delivered to Horsham on a certain day between 1pm-2pm,surprise surprise it's stuck in traffic,so being told it will not arrive until 5.30pm-6pm,iget delivery diverted to home address,to my disbelief,it has been driven 250miles by a delivery company, who to be fair was very polite and helpful, said what a lovely car you have bought, but did the garage inform you of the cracks in instrument panel,5 in total,no they didn't,and when you have vehicle in front of you it's clear to see,so on contacting office,I have been told basically,it's okay,no it's not,I have sent photo's and awaiting reply before I take this matter further,so no I would not recommend the bury motorpark site

"Renault bury are a waste of time"
Renault bury are a waste of time
Renault bury are a waste of time. Or will they blame the salesman ?
Went looking to buy a van for my business, Nothing available but i spotted a nice vauxhall which fits me perfect :)
All good so far, So the the saleman kicks into life
Sold me scratch repair (Which is fine)
Sold me 100,000 mile extended warranty (Found out afterwards, It is a Waste of time as my vehicle is not covered for business use).
Sold me a FSH service plan, (which i`ve now found out, It was just the basic Oil and Filter change.
Also told me the warranty is with the AA (Which it isn`t)
Texted me all the forms to read and sign and was rushing to get me too sign them, (how can your read them on a mobile)
Also when filling in the paperwork he went back and forth with the paperwork 4 or 5 times,
Overall will definitely not be buying from Renault Bury again
The 100,000 Extended warranty i got from Ramp (even though the signs everywhere at the renault dealers in Bury say it is a AA warranty) Is a total waste of time.
Clutch failed 55000 miles (Sorry clutches are only covered to 50,000 miles :( , (What happened to the 100,000 mile extended warranty)
Warranty Info:
Water pump failed (Ramp said garage should of checked it when i had the timing belt done (These have a lifetime chain) So told them Renault service it, And I have a service plan with you, Short pause.... Oh it`s wear and tear and not covered.
Then COVID kicked in, So trying to get anywhere was a waste of time
If only I could give -10 stars.......

"Our experience of purchasing a car from…"
Our experience of purchasing a car from Preston Motorpark was excellent. We worked with Waheeda Patel who patiently helped us through the whole process. We gave her our brief of budget, make, model and colour and she sourced our purchase within two weeks. We could not be happier with our purchase. Thank you again Waheeda.
