I had booked an OmanAir pass with optiontown. The flights were cancelled due to the pandemic. I requested a refund as Oman Air has not started its operations to my destination yet and I want to travel urgently. But they refused to refund in spite of explaining my difficulties.
Then I requested for cancellation of the booking and to credit the pass so I can change the destination and can travel. It has been a month since i raised a request and I am following up with the customer care every time they are responding as it is in progress and asking me to check after 2 days. And it is annoying to repeat the whole story to every representative in the chat. Even after explaining the urgency, they are giving the same response. Worst experience ever. This is the first time with optiontown. Will never recommend optiontown.
