"Extending Validity of my FlightPass"

I recently contacted OptionTown through email to request extending the validity of my FlightPass for the second time. I have missed multiple flights because of flight cancellation from the airline because of the Covid pandemic. OptionTown was willing to extend the validity further giving me more time to use the credit from those flights. I am looking forward to being able to take advantage of that.

"Terrible refund policy"

Back in march of this year I wanted to upgrade two premium economy tickets to business and it failed. That would be no problem.

But Optiontown still didnt refund the money I payed. If I try to contact them, they will not reply and if case someone from customer service replies, they will ask for a receipt and details of the booking. After that they ghost me until I contact them again, just for them to ask for payment receipt and details of the booking again.

My credit card company also tried to resolve this problem. They promised on may and june, that they will refund the money asap.

As the moment of writing, I still didn`t receive the refund and revolut and me are trying to resolve this matter.

"I would first like to say that Optiontown need more Barry Evans"

I would first like to say that my Optiontown Experience since booking my flights in Jan 2020 has been absolutely terrible. Their Online Chat, email and phone communication is awful.
Long story short, I had used ten flight passes out of my 12 to Jordan but all flights were cancelled and it was very difficult to get them back / refunded / returned. None of the communications had clear instruction on how to do this.
Recently, I had found an email address which allowed me to get a response different to those before and had the "Cancel Booking" button put on my Optiontown account.
Today I attempted to use it - DONT, as this seems to go through the process of cancelling the booking and for this particular flight pass from May this year which used 6 flights was going to charge me £246 for the privilege.
I read a few reviews on Facebook and decided to try to book another flight with Optiontown for 2021. This works - it enables you to push the dates forward - yes, they may be cancelled, but at least they are still in the system and there is no charge.
After, I spoke online to Barry Evans. This is what the 4 Stars are for - it would have been 5 but to be honest my previous experiences stop me doing this. Customers must use a laptop, not IPad as I have tried in the past as this does not work, or they just dont answer to an IPad.
Barry was absolutely brilliant. The other four flight passes were missing from my account - had somehow dropped off. He was polite, informative and very helpful.
Optiontown - you need for Barry to be your mentor to other customer care services and show them how the system works as this seems to me to be a problem. They do not know how to use the system correctly.
Optiontown - you also need to have clear instructions on your system on how it works for your customers. Its very messy. If you are to represent High Quality Air Companies such as RJ you need to ensure that your customer care meets with the demand.
But well done Barry Evans

"Pass Air France - à éviter"

j'ai acheté un pass air france pour une ligne Metz/Lyon. suite à la crise sanitaire, la ligne Metz/lyon a été supprimée. J'ai donc pour 1200 € de billets d'avions que je n'arrive pas à me faire rembourser.
Ils ont supprimé la ligne téléphonique, ils ne répondent pas aux mails.
Vive la grosse arnaque! En plus, ce n'est pas Air France qui gère, donc compliqué de faire une action!!

"Bad experience"

When I book a ticket, the ticket is always pending approval. When going to the airport, the airline said it was not paid by optiontown and had to buy a new ticket to go. I told you to handle it, but except for the trip in the package, although I can't go. Send a letter, don't bother to reply. A terrible experience.

1 day later, I continued to book and continue to get pending. Learning from experience, I contacted immediately and received support to handle. I re-rated it at 2 stars because the system is still not good and the customer mail is still not processed
