Me and my family was planned to travel to india by june 2nd week but unfortunately Covid-19 effected and everything collapse. Aroun 14 tickets i have booked in Optiontown but they are not giving any reply to my mail and such a worst experience in my life this is the fist time my family is facing a horrible time....now we are planning to travel to india next month but there is no response from their side... Please no one should not trapped like this.

"Got 2 successful upgrades.."

Managed to get 2 successful upgrades into and out of Saigon to Oz. Received notification of the first leg upgrade by email 4 days before the flight. On the return leg, didn't receive an email but kept checking on the company website and received confirmation of the upgrade 5 hours out. Overall a good experience and will use their services again.
