"Ignorant virksomhed og adm. teams"

Min tidligere roomie og jeg har lejet hos DEAS ude på Amager. Alt er OK indtil fraflytning. Vi flytter ud 1/10, hvor nogle nye overtager lejligheden medio November. Vi rykker flere og flere gange til vores administrations team for en tilstandsrapport, som slet ikke reagere. Jf. kontrakten, så har de nye lejere 14 dage til at indfri evt. mangler osv., men der bliver intet nævnt
Vi får langt om længe et svar midt december fra vores administrations team, om at DEAS rykker for en tilstandsrapport af lejligheden til dem der har istandsat dem. Så nu har vi ventet 14 dage udover de 14 dage hvor nye lejere kan indfri mangler. Vi rykker igen og der sker ikke noget, indtil en eller anden bliver sat på sagen slut januar, hvortil der bliver lovet en masse ting men tingene bliver hele tiden udskudt.
4 måneder efter fraflytning ser vi vores penge på kontoen, trods for en lejlighed der ikke var vores ansvar i over 2 måneder jf. DEAS kontrakt.
Hvis DEAS svare på denne mail, så skal I ikke bekymre jer at kontakte de ansvarlige for vores sag. De svarer alligevel ikke, så det kan kun blive en sag der sluttes af med 1 stjerne for en utrolig ringe sag..

"THEY ARE SCAMMERS"

THEY ARE SCAMMERS - Stay away from this company! Every aspect about this company is the worst ever.
Communication is the worst - they couldn’t care less about you, sitting in their expensive chairs earning thousands and have the softest and weakest work ethic I’ve seen.
They didn’t send us any info about our deposit even 4 MONTHS AFTER we were moved out and we were for MONTHS calling and trying to contact them (going through at least 8 PEOPLE who all said they can’t help or that they will help but then disappeared). In the end they sent us a note that out of the 60 000 deposit we paid we get NOTHING back and have to pay ourselves MORE because of some pointless works they “did” (probably lying about that). Although we left the apartment in a perfect shape. They are scammers and want to rob us out of money + they’re robots and don’t care about you on a human level, so don’t bother trying - STAY AWAY and make your life better! Cheers!

"Terrible Experience"

Terrible company. Feels like they want to use foreigners. I feel that I got completely scammed.
Communication was extremely bad and when I say bad I truly mean that. It was basically impossible to get in touch with them. Always got relocated to another person and never got the answer I need to get.
In the end I didn’t even got my deposit back and even had to pay some extra even apartment looked really great.
This is unbelievable and please avoid this company if possible.

"Vandskade - siden slut august 2023"

Har haft en vandskade sag kørende siden slut august…. Klage mailen svare de mig ikke på mere. Har opgivet at ringe grundet ventetid.

Et firma der ikke gider hjælpe med seriøse problemer i lejlighederne. Håber snart på hjælp, så jeg ikke skal gå og frygte der kommer skimmelsvamp.

Når man ringer til det nummer man har fået oplyst, så er der ingen, i den forgangne uge der har taget telefonen.
Jeg er virkelig irriteret og har aldrig oplevet en så dårlig service nogensinde før og jeg har boet både alment og privat

"Hvad sker der?"

Sker der mon noget i min fugt-skimmelsvamps-føljeton? Jeg har opgivet at komme igennem på telefonen, og på mail går der 10-14 dage før der er et standardssvar (blot om videresendelse af sagen) uden handling. Og der er INGEN kommunikation fra DEAS' side. Jeg vil gerne vide hvad der sker! og det ville klæde jeg at gå i dialog med jeres lejer i sådanne sager! Jeg føler mere og mere at min vejrtrækning er påvirket!! Det trykker for lungerne!!

"Nightmare Living: A Comprehensive Review of Deas Management's Failures"

We have been living in a newly built building managed by Deas for a year now, and we are appalled by their poor management. Upon moving in, we received a faulty washing machine, and it took them a total of two months to fix it. The outdoor lighting in front of the building has only worked for a week in the past year. The apartments leak, with walls and ceilings damp and damaged from water. The windows in the apartment were damaged during installation.

Upon receiving the keys, you are given a checklist, and you have two weeks to submit it with all damages to avoid deductions from the deposit. Unfortunately, most damages become apparent only after living in the apartment and using everything in it.

For months, they neglected to clear snow and ice in front of our entrances and in the parking lot. When attempting to contact them by phone to address ongoing issues, they respond arrogantly. They do not respond to written inquiries and pleas.

In addition, the hired cleaners responsible for maintaining the stairwells neglect their duties. They skip entrances and floors, resulting in perpetually dirty hallways. Due to icy conditions and snow, municipal workers refused to collect garbage for months, citing concerns for their own health, leaving us with unattended waste.

If you are a day late with rent payment, you will receive a fine of 400 crowns, yet they ignore the needs of the tenants for months. Also, don't expect to get your deposit back, as they will find the smallest issue to avoid returning it.

All in all, a very negative experience, and if possible, choose another company.

"Elendig kundeservice"

Der er gået 18 uger siden vi flyttede fra vores lejelejlighed, og vi har STADIG ikke fået en flytteafregning!
De gange vi har ventet 1 time på at komme igennem på telefonen får vi samme svar. De mangler opgørelse fra håndværkerne. Jeg er svært ved at forstå at i ikke formår at få en opgørelse fra håndværker 4 måneder efter at vi er flyttet ud!!!!
Skriver man en mail får man slet ikke svar.
Men det er sjovt hvor hurtigt i kan svare, hvis i får en dårlig anmelde på trustpilot.
