"Posting on the wrong company site"

This is the wrong company to post on, the company is skylinkparking.co.uk and they also have a review page on trustpilot. I got my money back after an APPALLING service from skylinkparking.co.uk. My advice, contact the papers.

How do you give less than 1 star trustpilot?!

The reviews below, I'm afraid to say are entirely accurate.
We were left waiting over 1.5 hours and my parents, who had been looking after our daughter whilst we were away, ended up with a £13 bill of Thier own for the car park in Gatwick.
The single layered lasagna of a man in the office is aggressively dim and I fear his inability to perform to even a basic level of competency makes him quite aggressive. We were were treated remarkably poorly and when another chap turned up who we tried to complain to, he smiled knowingly at our situation and said he worked for a different company.

AVOID!!!

STAY AWAY AT ALL COST. When we did finally get our car back after a 45min wait, our car was covered in bird droppings, dew and leaves from trees. Basically looked like our car had been parked in a bush and left. When asking the attendant the reason for why the car had been returned in a state (that it did not arrive in) he was extremely rude, not wanting to take any accountability and refused to give me the contact details of whom I could get in contact with to discuss our dissatisfaction with the service.
Only after we had left did we noice that some loose change we had in the car had been taken also.
Please avoid this company at all cost not worth the stress after your holidays.

Very unprofessional and rude!
Waited over one and a half hours after being told it would be a 30 min wait.
Myself, my husband and friends who we had travelled with were waiting in the designated car park - which had been changed from South to North, along with another 6 couples who were experiencing similar from this company.
Telephone calls were not answered, the office hung up mid calls when enquiring where our car was, others waiting were sworn at over the phone!
This company can obviously not deal with the amount of custom they take on.
The final nail in the coffin is the £5 charge each way for the car park; we were not told about the fee to get the driver and car out and then the same fee to get us out - not a quicker and cheaper alternative at all!
This would realistically score -20!!!!!

Scam. Late. Unprofessional. These are all understatements and do not begin to explain this company. Absolutely awful customer service. Despite having called as instructed, I was made to wait more than an hour to drop the vehicle and over 2 hours to have my vehicle returned. I was told that they would be 30 mins away, 10-15 mins away, and 20-25 mins away at various points. To make it worse, they tried to charge me an extra bogus amount to return my vehicle, which they were unable to justify from the terms and conditions and could not provide a receipt! They threatened to not deliver my vehicle until I had paid.
Despite waiting for more than 2 hours, the person I spoke to told me that he was busy eating and would consider whether to send my vehicle after he finished his meal! If I could give them -5 score I would have.

THE WORST COMPANY EVER! I WISH I COULD GOVE 0 STAR!!!

Been waiting over an hour for our car. They informed they would get the driver to ring me and didn’t.
Rung the company back and they said he’s only left 10 minutes ago. I said 10 minutes we’ve waited Nearly and hour. THE RUDEST MAN IVE EVER SPOKE TO responded “and?” And laughed and hung up the phone.
We are standing here with a 2 year old child.
Avoid at ALLL COSTS!

Awful. Late on departure drop off and waited 1h15 fin return with no apology (ignored my calls also). Blamed it on traffic, but every other meet and greet didn’t encounter any (first to arrive, last to leave). Car was filthy. No professionalism, uniform or any evidence that the person taking your car was a member of the company (nothing to sign etc). Would give 0 stars if this was an option.

I will keep this simple, dropped the car off without any issues , but when I arrived after 10days on 17/06/22 this is where the fun begins…

Arrived 2h earlier then expected(arranged collection at 12:00), can happen if you travel from Singapore, company refused to get the car back to Heathrow airport as they are too busy, keep in mind I am the customer as well.

Then promised that car will be in drop off car park level 4 at 11am but at 11:15 still nothing so decided to give them a call, so (the operation guy) advised that there is an issue with my car, nothing was mentioned previously, someone has stollen number plates from secured car park! So because of how Heathrow airport works I have to now collect the car myself from car park located in UB3 5EU , well not too far promised to refund costs so grabbed a taxi to meet the assistant. (Keep in mind it’s 5x of plus bags )

Managed to find place , nothing secured there , parked on side of the road, key left on OSF tyre , as promised no plates an no fuel , left with just over half a tank , extra 226miles on clock , cigarette ashes on floor , empty bottles.
I had to take my car back to Leeds by recovery truck as I had no V5 present to get new plates , 200mile journey … got home after 6 hours …What a service!!!

Ring the guys and answer was we will call you back after spoke to manager , after 3rd time I had enough.
I have informed Police and I will take this further, this is illegal. Not sure if my car safe to drive or been used for any illegal activity.

Please don’t use this company as this can happen to you.

"AVOID"

AVOID. I didn't even book through Skylink... if I had have known the name of this company I would have googled them and seen all these horrendous reviews - I booked through a booking service called 'Park With Us Meet and Greet' which act as the booking agent. They had decent reviews online and so I went ahead with it.
Booked this service as our return flight landed last night at 3am and there were no trains until 5:20am - in hindsight, if I had have slept on the train station floor, used an empty crisp packet as a pillow, been crapped on by a pigeon and waited until 5:20am to get a train back home, I would have had a better experience and it wouldn't have cost me £110 to do it!!
Absolutely atrocious service. Why is there not an option to give 0 STARS?! This truly deserves it!! 👏
The ONLY positive note I will say is that one of the valet drivers who came and went with three different cars while we waited for ours was very helpful, after being lied to for 2 hours that my car had left the compound, when it hadn't!!, he took my number personally and got my car for me.

Everyone waiting with us waited over an hour for their cars, the company are rude and hung up on my husband, one car had 120miles put on the clock and looked like it had been driven around in a field and another family had their £300 car seat broken by the company and when they told the driver they could not care less so I have no idea how they got their small children home. Avoid this company, (having read other reviews I feel we may have got off lightly!)
