This company are Terrible, my car was returned by a 19 year old driver who had abused my car badly, it was stinking and had been driven in one gear or with the handbreak fully on! when he arrived back with my car 40 minutes late! he ran away to get into another car before we could reach our car and smell the terrible smell of burning, when we rang to complain we were greeted with, Ive only just passed my test I could'nt drive your car properly and if you complain I wont be able to feed my kids! when we called again they refused to take our call and did not care that my car had been seriously abused.

"clean car in and dirty car back!"
Booked through comparison site and arrived at gatwick. handed over key and all seemed fine. By the way, i washed my car the day before so all nice and clean.
On arriving back (2 days later) i had to wait 25 mins for the car which was fine but there were people around me who had waited nearly 2 hours! My issue is that i received back a dirty car and when i mentioned that it must have been parked in a field the bloke said maybe!

Let me start by saying I'm not a person who does reviews normally. But this really has got me annoyed. I'd heard about lots of Gatwick problems at the moment, but in truth the airport itself and the airline (EasyJet) were perfect, no queues or problems at all in either direction.
Firstly (in the interests of balance) the drop-off was great, no problems at all.
The pickup was not. When I booked (well, AFTER I booked in the small print) it said allow 25-30 mins. To me that is already bad and setting the bar very low in terms of customer service. I've used a meet and greet service many times over the years, and the proper ones have your car already waiting, or at least very close by. Ring them when you've got your luggage, and at worst I'd expect to wait 5 minutes when I get to the meeting place. Yes, that means moving the car to somewhere convenient when the arrival time approaches, that's what customer service is about.
The first time I phoned them, I didn't get any answer for about 15 minutes (about 10 attempts either cut-off or answered then hung up). Eventually I got an answer then was told they hope to be there in 45 minutes (so not the 25-30 I was told). After 45 minutes still no sign, I phoned again and was told another 10 minutes. In the end, total time from my first attempt to actually getting the car was about 1 hour 15 minutes. So about half the time it took me to get from the south of Spain, standing up in the car park. I might as well have walked to the long stay car park instead. In fact walked all the way to Crawley (5 miles away) in that time, and parked for free on a road somewhere. Looking at some of the other reviews here, I was probably quite lucky!
This is NOT meet and greet. Meet and wait, yes. In my definition if you can't get the car to the driver in less than 5 minutes (OK lets be reasonable, 10 minutes) it cannot be called 'Meet And Greet'.

Shocking service from drop off where the guy we dropped it off with asked for a tip when we handed over the keys having done nothing to deserve a one.
We have a Range Rover which has a tracking app, this alerted us halfway through our holiday that there had been a theft alert.
We called Range rover assist, who reset it for us so we could see where the car was.
It had been collected from the airport and had done around 5 journeys to and from different addresses around Crawley, and only arrived over an hour and a half later to the yard it should have been dropped off at.
I googled all the addresses, all of which looked dubious to say the least and have huge concerns that the car has been used for unauthorised purposes as all journeys went back to the same address at Greenacres in Crawley before eventually being parked at the location it was intended for.
I called the number provided 5 days prior to leaving our holiday in Mexico to ask why the theft alert had triggered - this point it was 3am.
I was advised that after 3 phone calls back and forth that the battery was flat.
The car is less than 2 years old, so we can only assume they had left it unlocked and the battery had run low.
When we arrived back at the airport, the theft alert had been triggered again, so I called to ask the guy I'd spoken to previously to ask if they had tried to jump start the car which he'd advised he'd do in order that the car could be returned at the correct time.
He told me yes it had been done and it would be there when we arrived at the meet point.
I called after 20 mins of waiting to be told it could take up to 40 mins to arrive.
I called again to then be told the car had stopped again.
The guy i spoke to actually hung up on me on 3 occasions and i kept being told different things, one minute he told me it had left
then next that it hadn't.
I got really cross and advised him that due to the tracking I could see that the car had been used unlawfully to go to various different addresses the day of drop off, and he said it was nothing to do with him.
I then said I'd call the police if the car wasn't returned ASAP. He told me to call them!!!!
I said I just want my car back, I've paid for a meet and greet service, he shouted he'd done his best to get the car started.
The car was eventually returned.
Only to have several faults notices with the suspension, of which we don't know if this is the battery issue or something that happened when the car was collected.
Either way if anyone has got to the end of this post - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE A BUNCH OF LYING COWBOYS!!!

Poor service. Do not book. I wanted a refund a few hours after booking and they wouldn’t after they said that they would. Loads of bad reviews there are
Plenty of other options. Just not worth the risk!!!!

"Not very professional at all"
Not very professional at all. My car was seen speeding way above 20 mph before the entrance to airport short stay car park. Whenever I called to speak to someone, not one person answered with manners. I paid all this money for what? I will not be using this company again you are better off parking and walking in the long stay car park after this experience.

The departure drop off was ok until the guy asked for a tip the service was basic not polite not anything and certainly not deserving of a tip! We called as requested when we had collected our bags and was told the car would be in the car park within 30 mins - 40 mins in we chased delivery when we eventually got through they lied and said it was on its way no apology given the car eventually was dropped off 1hour and 10 mins after original call. Dreadful customer service still no apology in fact delivery driver hardly spoke and couldn’t get away quick enough. Would not recommend this service at all and will not use again.

This is a total scan company. Waited 1.5 hours for our car at 2am, told repeatedly it was 2 minutes away and that the battery had died. Other people waiting were told the same. The guy accused me of being a liar and repeatedly hung up on me when I questioned where the car was. When it finally did arrive they tried to charge us £15 for our flight delay, which I refused to pay. The car battery had been disconnected.

Waited for nearly 3 hours. Car was caked in mud. Radio not working. 99%sure they had used it when I was away.
Couldn’t get through to anyone when I arrived back so went to the location at Gatwick South terminal. People had been waiting for hours. Kept getting told 10mins, when I did get through. It was all lies. One driver showed us where they were kept. 10mins drive away!
I was lucky I got my car back in under 3 hours. When I left the police were being called as one guy he been trying to get his car back over two days and still no luck.
Another man left his family to get there flight and when I left he had 15 mins before his gate closed and he was in the car park. So I am pretty sure he didn’t get his flight as no one has turned up to take his car.
Will be contacting trading standards and Gatwick as they should not be allowed to run a company.
Total scam. I’m going to throughly check the car in daylight to make sure everything is still in the car and nothing has been taken.

DO NOT USE! Waited 3 hours for our car upon returning. Waiting with lots of people in the same situation. Lots of lies from the company like all the other posts here; traffic, dead battery etc. Unplugged our dashcam… will be reporting to trading standards!
