"YOU MUST AVOID"
This is the most utterly incompetent, rude and aggressive company I have ever known and I feel compelled to write a review, which I never do, so that other people never book with this company, no matter if they think they are on for a bargain. I was travelling with my elderly mother and on the outward journey we nearly missed our plane as we were kept an hour for the car to be collected. On the inbound journey we were kept waiting for nearly two hours for the car to be returned. On each occasion when I called for a time, I was told it would only be 30 minutes then 5 minutes, then no time provided: we don't know they said, why are you f***ing calling woman, yes, phone the police they said, book with someone else they said. The phone would be hung up and then not answered. Unlike others, I didn't have the misfortune for my car to be damaged however the stress for my my elderly mother and I before and after our holiday was the worst we have ever experienced.

Booked through Parking4you.co.uk and was not aware these jokers were going to be parking my car. They lost the keys for an entire week and refused to tell me where my car was parked and wouldn't give me their insurance details. Rude. Unprofessional. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Car was kept in an unlocked car park.

I waited an hour for my car, once they finally answered the phone. Driver went to wrong terminal.
No apology from driver or office who hung up the phone on me.
Oh, and couldnt get rid of b.o smell in my car for hours afterwards.
Rude and unprofessional. Am writing this so noone has to go through this.

Do not use this company - we wish we had looked at Goggle reviews !
We flew back into Heathrow airport on the 3rd April and landed at 8.30am at T3 . We had left our car with Skylink – the car was left at Gatwick but we had to change our flight back as we had COVID and could not return on our original flight. We had to return to Heathrow and we contacted Skylink to explain this. We arranged to pay £170 for the extra parking and transfer
When we landed, we called Skylink and arranged for you to meet us at T3 Short stay car park – the car eventually arrived at about 10.30am (much longer than expected) – we were given a car park ticket to exit this car park – which I paid We were charged £40 for extra diesel on top of the transfer fee which we paid and were given a receipt for. The driver disappeared quickly and as we were loading the suitcases, we saw that the car was covered in bird droppings and had a flat tyre – see photos. The flat had been driven on by the driver and we had to have it reinflated to drive home. The tyre is not a run flat and so a new tyre was needed as it had been damaged – another cost to us of £142!
A few days later we received a notice of an unpaid parking charge at Heathrow West Point car park on 3rd April. Parking Charge 365838/286876. This is for £100 and refers to a car park that we did not use at a time when we were still on our flight. We can only assume that the driver is responsible for this.
We have contacted the car park provider (Parking Eye ) who have turned our appeal down - we have lodged a complaint with POPLA (the parking appeals people)
To date our experience with your company has incurred additional charges of
£170 (transfer and extra storage – orginal 16 night was only £85)
£10.60 (two car park fees)
£142 (new tyre)
£100 (fine)
A TOTAL OF £422 – all because we were sick on holiday and legally had isolate and delay our return (according to the law of the country we were staying in)

Without a doubt the worst service I have ever received. Do not use this company even if they give you parking for free.
I waited over three hours for my car to be returned to me and the office kept hanging up the phone to us and refused to talk to us.
Rude, arrogant, unprofessional.
I wish i could leave a negative score for this company.

"DO NOT USE!! Awful awful company"
Awful awful company, bunch of crooks! Actually think they have stolen our car! Waiting at heathrow for over 2 hours! Still waiting! Staff rude, cant tell us where our car is keep saying its on the way, then hanging up on me. They said an hour ago the driver had been pulled by police and now that they are in grid lock traffic. Full of rubbish! Genuinely think we may not get our car back I don’t believe its on the way at all.

Would leave zero stars if I could.
Arrived at Gatwick north and called 30 minutes before hand as planned, only to be told they lost my car key! I did not have a spare, I was then stuck at the airport. The office said they would arrange and fund a taxi. After over 2 hours of waiting and being told the taxi is 15 minutes away, one of their employees showed up at 5:30am to drive us home. I think it was another customers car, as he did not know how to drive it. I did ask for a DBS number as I had a child with me, but the office refused to give it.
From 9:30am I called continuously only for the office to avoid my calls. When they did answer they said the manager was due in soon and is the only one who can arrange a locksmith. By 10pm the manager was still not there/ continued to avoid me.
At 9am the following day I had to say my car was reported stolen to Police as no one would give me the address, so I could arrange the locksmith myself. Only when I mentioned police did they give me the address. I then arranged a locksmith and was promised head office will refund the costs. However, having now read the reviews I very much doubt it!
In all the calls, staff were impolite, refused to give the name of the manager, lacked any responsibility, did not offer any help and did not contact me once despite having my car for over 36 hours and have still not apologised but say it was human error!
While the locksmith was at the compound where cars a kept, I saw several nice cars kept outside their gated car park, with 5-6 members of staff driving recklessly.
Poor service throughout!

"AVOID AT ALL COSTS"
I only hope that you are not reading this review as I was having inadvertently used this terrible company. We booked with them via a website ( compare airport parking.com) which gave them glowing reviews. What we didn’t realise is that they’re all part of the same dodgy network of companies who take your car and drive it without having proper insurance in place. It’s very unlikely that your own motor policy will cover you. In our case they had an accident and wrote off our car. We are left without a car to drive which is clearly causing us financial loss and severe inconvenience. When I tried to get in touch with the company, they lied and told us that they would contact their insurers to make a claim. When we contacted their insurance company it appears that no claim for our car has been made. Now when I try to get hold of the company nobody answers the phone or responds to e mails. The company itself is dissolved and re registered with Companies House with a slightly different company name and a new person supposedly with significant control. You have no recourse and you are left out of pocket and with no car. Our car was not a high value one, though it’s value to us as a family was significant but having been to their yard (basically a grotty piece of farmland about 10 minutes from Gatwick there are some very expensive cars there. If I can stop just one person from making the same mistake as us and not using this bunch of despicable crooks then I’ll be happy.

If only I could leave a 0! After ringing 30 minutes before arriving at Gatwick, we still had to wait a further 30 minutes before anyone came to meet us in the designated place.
Upon our return, we were told 45 minutes and that there was a queue of people waiting. We rang every 15 minutes from then as that what we were told 15 more minutes every time we chased the arrival of the car.
Bearing in mind this was 1am with 2 young children! The car finally came after 2 hours of waiting.
We are also pretty sure that approx 500 miles have been added to the car but unfortunately we didn’t take a photo when leaving it with them.

I had to wait over two hours for my car this evening. Absolutely ridiculous. Was lied to on the phone constantly by the woman in the office telling me it was in its way and would be 15-20 minutes. No apology until around the eighth time of calling in tears, finally to be told they’d lost the car as the wrong info was in the location sheet and the driver had gone to the wrong yard. Just a little bit of honesty and empathy would have gone a long way. Never ever use this company they are a joke.
