"Horrendous"

Horrendous! Don’t use. Waited over 1 hour and 30 minutes for the car to be delivered back at Gatwick. Rude woman on the phone giving false information about the how long the delivery would take. Left us with two cold, exhausted, hungry kids waiting at the car park at 8 in the evening . Another female customer actually in tears as she’d been waiting for so long. Left by herself in the car park at night. Shame on you, Sky Link!

"APPALING SERVICE!!"

APPALING SERVICE!!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
They are a joke!
THIS IS NOT AN OFFICIAL VALET PARKING SERVICE!

On outbound journey, I called 30 mins before arrival at Gatwick, but they were still 40 mins late to meet and greet. It took 3 further phonecalls before a driver turned up.
On arrival back to UK, it was 1hr 10 mins waiting!!
For Valet parking, this is unacceptable!!
No point phoning their controller, as they appear programmed to say "Its just left the depot now"......this is a lie.
I wondered if my car had gone missing?
Oh, and read the small print.......because it costs an extra £5 (x 2=£10) to get your car in and out of CAR PARK 6, LEVEL 5 !!
DO NOT USE THIS VALET PARKING SERVICE!

NEVER USE THEIR SERVICES
We had to wait I hour before our car was collected and on arrival at Garwick airport at 2 am, we once again waited 90 minutes dispite calling them as soon as we landed.

"Absolutely crap! Not honest about wait time."

I am currently at Gatwick car park waiting for the car. It should have arrived within 20 mins it is now over 1 hour & 50 mins!!!!!! Phoned the company lots of times to be finally told by Sam (lady) that they didn’t know who had the car and it would arrive when it arrives! Do not use this company . It finally arrived nearly 2 hours late!

"This company is awful - do not use"

This company is awful. I waited for 3 hours at Gatwick for my car to be returned. After 2.5 hrs they tried to say that I hadn’t given them my car, then they said it has been stolen, they even asked my to check the parking space where I’d left my car 4 days earlier.

Eventually I gave up and got on a train…a 3hr journey.

I phoned Skylink every hour for an update. At no point did they proactively communicate with me.

At 2030 in the evening they said they’d found the car but didn’t know where the key was and asked if they could send a driver down the next day to collect my share key.

The following morning I called them to see what time the driver would arrive to collect the key on that call they proudly announced that they had found the key. They assured my that the car would be delivered that day. Sadly the car did not arrive. I continued to phone them hourly.

I phoned them from 8am the next day. Still no manager and no driver to deliver my car. At 0930 I offered them a compromise bring my car to Woking and we’d drive to collect the car. They agreed.

In summary I Landed at Gatwick at 1230 on Friday. Finally arrived back at home with my car at 3pm on Sunday.

"Do NOT use this company!"

Worst customer service experience we have ever had for airport “meet&greet”. We had to wait for over an hour for our car and when we tried to call the customer service telephone numbers we had to call 10 times before someone picked up!

"Worst meet and greet ever missed our flight because they were so late!"

This is the worst meet and greet i have ever experienced. We called them 30 mins before we arrived at gatwick as they requested and we had to wait another 40 minutes once we had arrived before anyone came to collect the car. This made us miss check in by 2 minutes so we missed our flight and had to rebook another that day. When we arrived back at gatwick airport to collect our car they were almost 2 hours and were not answering my calls. The driver dumped the car on the wrong car park level and left the key under the wheel. When i finally got hold of the coordinator they had the worst attitude and couldnt have cared less. This company needs shutting down. DO NOT USE!!!!! I only gave 1 star because i couldnt give zero

"Absolutely rubbish service"

Absolutely rubbish service, waited for my car for over 3 hours and the telephone person was extremely rude, was told 30 minutes everytime I called up... was told that they were short of drivers so I asked for the location of my car so I could get a taxi but was told its against policy to disclose the location of my vehicle... total con artist, advise no one to use this company

"Waited for over 3hrs for the car to be…"

Waited for over 3hrs for the car to be delivered, waited in the cold with my 8 month old baby... asked for the location of the car and was told numerous of times its against policy to tell me where my vehicle was parked. The woman on the phone was extremely rude and everytime I was told 30min I should have the car and no car was delivered. Advise no one to use this in future
