"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY"

Do not use this company. Was great up untill a year ago. Almost impossible to activate card. Three phone calls to customer service and still not activated. One girl hung up on me. So much hassle and still can't use it.

The website is just bad! I can’t get into my old account and had to create a new one just to register a new card. I’m still not in the new account as the reCAPTCHA is taking forever! If the website and account issues could be sorted this service would be a 5 star. The cards are great when everything is working.

Cannot get my balance or previous transaction information, I have followed step by step ,putting in my 16 digit number and 6 digit security code but site says wrong number or security code
Perx reply was "we will DM you" but they haven't, also I have tried several times to ring their Irish office and can't only an answering machine saying your call failed

"Worst service ever"

This used to be brilliant until 2023. And then it all changed. It took me several support calls and a lot of angst to re-register a new account (why did I need to do that when I already had an account?) and enable my new card. There’s now no transfer of old card balances onto new cards. Support is a long wait on the phone, but only during weekday office hours. And where’s the log-in gone on the website? I can’t even figure out how to query my balance any longer. The company now only seems interested in selling cards. Avoid, avoid avoid. If I could give this company zero I would.

"Do not go near this company"

I have purchased Perx Gift cards for staff & Family for the last number of years, They claim that the cards are accepted anywhere mastercard are however i find this not to be true. Having real difficulty using cards, I have activated & updated for 3d Secure but still hard to use. Process to get to a stage where you can use yoour card nearly requires a degree in IT. Not possible to merge physical cards anymore so cant pay online for flights or holidays if over the amount on card. Cuestomner service is very bad & they always seem to blame someone else. If card is over twelve months old they deplete the balance and not possible to get a list of this online. Wont ever touch again.!!

Purchased a Perx Reward card. Card has not arrived more than 10 days after. Company really hard to get in contact with, hanging up, lines closed during the day , not responding to tickets raised etc.

"No technology and no customer service"

If you are a Boss and are thinking of getting a Perx card for your employees, don't; your employees will hate you for it. It is unbelievable how a company cannot get a simple registration portal working, and their own date picker cannot give a date in the format they want.

Good luck getting a reply to an email that is not a canned response of their FAQ, or good luck even getting a reply. Zero effort to help in any way.

Stay away, and find another way, you won't regret it

To Perx, who looked for more details and to contact them, I've sent nearly 15 emails already, and it takes weeks for a response, so what am I going to gain by sending a message on another platform?

Just fix your website at perx[dot]getmybalance[dot]com/Account/Validate. How hard can it be?

Cannot confirm 3D secure registration so cannot use card online, tells me there is an error. Emailed Perx, waiting for reply.

Edit: Thank you to Hayden at Perx for helping to resolve this issue. The 3D secure registration worked for me today so I was able to use my payment card to pay my electricity bill.

Unusable. Card can't be registered for 3ds secure so is unusable!

Edit : will update review if Perx resolve this for me, nothing yet though.
