"Scam"

They sent me the perx magazine which I never asked for and they want me to phone them to cancel and discontinue further membership otherwise they will charge £81.99. Scammers.

1 star is too generous in all honestly, 200 euro gift card that needs to be activated to use, unfortunately the faulty website and registration page make this a near impossible task, I wonder how many people give up on they're cards for this company to just rest this money in they're account until the "12 month fees" kick in... absolutely robbery, disgraceful company should be ashamed of themselves

They have tried to set-up an unwanted subscription for my 91 year old mother. Unsolicited, unwanted etc etc. If she hadn't asked my about it, she would have been charged £81.99 p/a. If you want to to see more about the shameful way they are doing business, have a look at the Martin Lewis Website. There are so many similar incidents, it is scandalous.

This company is a bunch of scammers they are charging vulnerable people a subscription fee for a magazine, when you call to cancel on behalf of the elderly person they want to speak to them or have a power of attorney, they are not helpful, could hardly understand a word he said on the phone you should be ashamed of yourselves

One of the WORST website I have ever come across. They are 50 years behind the tech and make every efforts to ensure customers have hell accessing the funds…telling my employer never ever buy this OR pay me extra for 10 hours to try and access my funds on perx

Meant go work everywhere but it doesnt. No quick way to check the card balance without logging in. Website is awful and drop down menu doesn't work right at all. Gap in the market for a proper functioning pre paid credit card

AVOID!! This company is awful, they won't give a refund and will happily keep our money due to their failings. Save your own money and time and avoid at all costs.
