"Absolute fkn joke"

Absolute fkn joke. Can't check balance. Was able use the card but can't check balance. Rang them and just got the robot and told me card isn't recognised. Had a general idea what was left. Checked balance one day and finally found out. Went to use it today, card wouldn't work. Piece of s h I t that's all. I wouldn't even give it a star only had to click that to write this ffs. How ta fook do these scumbags get away with it.

Avoid at all costs. No linked up communication, dont answer emails or phone calls to support lines. Ordered and paid on 6th December, still no cards received on 22nd. Requested refund but told 10 days, so no cards or money 16 days later.

Got this from an employer and have tried to use it in three different places already but it's not accepted. What's the point of the thing??

Shambles. Got cards from my employer and it is declined online, cant create a account. utterly useless junk. Customer service is a standard email blaming covid. Well done perx.

"Complete Trash - Voucher Value Decreases by £2/month"

We received one of these as a gift and can't use the card at most of the restaurants we tried as the restaurants refuse to split the bill between a voucher and cash.

What's worse is THE VALUE OF THE CARD DECREASES BY £2/MONTH... UNBELIEVABLE (they call it a service fee) We received this pre-Covid, we haven't been able to use the card because of lockdown and now our £100 gift card is worth... £52!

Save your money.

Would never buy a Perx card, difficult to use, insane maintenance fee even if the card isn't registered. Avoid.

Its crazy ! They charge you 3 euro month for maintenance. Its a robbery !!!
