Russell was very very knowledgeable. Even about your older products. I purchased a bed about three years ago and he was able to look up what I had, saw how I had changed the order to personalize it for me and suggest a new product that was similar to the one I had that was no longer available. He was polite and I really felt like he cared about my comfort and he took pride in helping me. He even suggested financing which I had not thought of but will help me with cash flow. I really purchased this bed because he gave me confidence that your customer service was as good now as it was when I purchased my first bed. Usually companies deteriorate as they get older but you seem to have gotten better

"Dont trust Personal Comfort with update to their reply..."
Dont trust Personal Comfort: I'm giving 2 stars because the bed is fine. Its the process of getting the bed that has left me angry and frustrated. If your company wants to be successful and compete with your #1 competitor, you must not only have a good product but a good customer service department. I did not get that experience. If you want to know the facts contact your customer service supervisor Lonnie. He will show you the process I had to endure to get someone to believe me with your assembly company. It took me almost 2 weeks to finally prove my point and finally receive the services I paid for. This supervisor agreed that compensation was due to me and he would make good on my request. The lack of communication and understanding is the reason I will never recommend this company. I sent emails and made numerous calls to make this right for me, but not one return call. They got my thousands now want nothing to do with making a wrong right.

UPDATE: As I expected not one representative DOVE into my request...Geez..a stupid set of sheets would have made a world of difference in the Customer Service Department. Remember this review when researching your choices!!!!! Shame on you Personal Comfort!!

R13= best bed I’ve ever slept in.
I’ve had back issues since high school and for the past 20+ years, I’ve woke up every morning with a sore lower back. Had my new personal comfort bed for a month now and and I’ve only woken up 2 or 3 time with a little pain. I think it’s the combination of the bed and the power base. Love it!!!

"Okay, but expensive..."
This mattress was a good solution for being able to change the comfort level of the bed. However, the cost was expensive compared to a traditional mattress. But Personal Comfort is much cheaper than Sleep Number and would recommend Personal Comfort over them.
