"Customer Service needs to be improved"
I tried calling this morning because I didn't get any reply from an email I sent regarding my order that I received. Their voicemail told me to press one to leave a detailed message but when I did it went back to the same message over and over again that all sleep experts were helping other customers. I'm a repeat customer, but am very disappointed with how much the company has changed since my first order in 2021. It would be nice to be able to leave a detailed message, but then again I sent a detailed email with pictures but never received a reply. I hope this review will motivate Personal Comfort to reach out to me.

"Personal Comfort review"
The delivery team has a lot to improve upon. When investing in a bed at this price point, we naturally expect a smoother logistics process. We ordered the bed, and while the base, remote, plugs, and waterproof cover were delivered two weeks later, the mattresses arrived a week after that. There was a bit of a mix-up with the third-party installation service we paid extra for; they initially thought they were only responsible for removing our old mattress. After clarifying with them, they were able to set up the new bed. Additionally, we ran into some trouble with our sheets being sent to the wrong state, which delayed their arrival by six weeks after the bed was set up. I believe that with some adjustments to coordination and communication, future deliveries could be much more efficient.
When it comes to the bed, it took some time to adjust the settings so that both my husband and I could feel comfortable. Once we found the right settings, we really enjoyed it. We had a Tempurpedic bed before this one, and I hope this new bed won't sag in the middle like the previous one did.

"Love the bed"
Love the bed. I received the shipment and one of the bases were damaged by the shipping company, I called customer service and they took care of it right away. Thumbs up to customer service and my salesman, Russell. Only issues I have is, that I thought the top foam layer was going to be like memory foam from the video I watched.

We had a problem with our mattress.I called the company and explained to the girl what was wrong. She ask a few questions and it was taken care of. Within 3 days we had a new mattress.

"Way better than traditional mattresses"
Personal Comfort really stands behind their warranty. I had an issue with my pump right before the warranty ran out and they sent me a new pump without any issue. Additionally, I really love my Personal Comfort king mattress. I’m four years in and it is just as comfortable and functional as it was on day one. Up until now, I had always purchased traditional mattresses and they would always cave in in the middle where I slept but I don’t have this issue with my Personal Comfort mattress.

"Warrenty is not good "
We did not have our mattress for ten years which is what the warrenty is for. The mattress broke or had a leak. It was prorated so we had to pay to get it fixed. We did all the work to fix it and change it out. Now that we paid and you all sent us a new mattress, you are telling us that no warrenty applies anymore. You say we can't even finish up our original 10 years which is not a good business practice at all.

"Warranty issue."
First, spoke to a human right away...none of this business of navigating an automated phone system. Second, they recognized me from my phone number which was in the system for the 7 years I have owned my bed. And third, had great email confirmation and communication from them for every step. Great company. I am impressed.
