A representative reached out after I ordered a moving kit online to inquire the purpose of my request. The rep was polite and friendly. She submitted a request on my behalf for instructions on how to deconstruct the flex head base since we are moving. The downfall is I never received instructions.

I needed a new air chamber for my mattress, I called customer service and spoke to Kaitlyn.
Kaitlyn was outstanding. She was so kind and knowledgeable in correcting my problem. After some quick troubleshooting, she had a new air chamber shipped to me within a few days. The persons in charge of the company should recognize that Kaitlyn is a very valuable asset to the company, she is the voice of Personal Comfort when customers call for assistance.
I am so pleased with the Customer Service with Personal Comfort. I am so glad that I purchased my bed with this company. It's very satisfying to know that Personal Comfort stands behind their products.
I love my mattress, and I will purchase again if the need arises in the future, and I will definitely recommend Personal Comfort to my friends.

Wish I would have purchased this bed a long time ago. Easy to set up. Worth the money. Awesome customer service. 1 little problem that they took care of immediately. If your thinking about getting one, stop! And BUY the bed now. You won't regret it. Sleep so good now. Wake up feeling great and sleep all night now. The bed is way better than I expected. I went back and forth about getting one for many years. Don't make my mistake by waiting so long. I live on the 3rd floor with no elevator and got it to my apartment by myself. Don't be worried about any part of setup. Easy. Does have some weight to the base but you'll be glad once it's setup. Not going anywhere. I have flex head so not sure on bases without. Has to be less weight but still solid frame either way I would imagine. FYI go with flex base. Raising head and feet and kicking on message is nice. If your reading these your thinking about it. DO IT!
