"Don’t believe the warranty"

We bought this bed with the expectation of the warranty would be honored. It was not and we had to pay $172.81 for a new Standard Air Chamber for my husband’s side of the bed. We spent over $7000 on this bed and because of the reviews and warranty given I would expect better customer service. The representatives were not helpful and they didn’t even get back to me with my questions. Very disapointed

Bed is as comfortable as advertised, the flex 3 base made the whole experience even better. The bed and base came on the day they said it would. Easy to assemble and best of all my spouse is happy

We had an electrical surge which damaged the motor for our king size mattress and the sides were no longer adjustable. We contacted Personal Comfort and they directed us to the proper replacement product which we received within a few days. Love this company.
