I paid $6000 + in 2018.
When the air chambers broke, they offered to let me BUY new ones, pay $32 SHIPPING, AND install it myself!! 25 year warranty?? Really??
The service manager said he would "walk us through it." My husband and I are not unintelligent! We are, however, 75 and 70 yes.

ONLY A REFUND WOULD BE ACCEPTABLE AT THIS POINT.

"Updated: Bed warranty isn’t worth the promise"
My existing air chamber started leaking after 8years so I had to purchase a replacement which means I should only
Be paying 65% of the purchase price due to the prorated warranty on the air chamber. Unfortunately no one picks up the phone at customer service, no one returns the phone message when leaving a VM and no one replies to email when leaving an email to try and capitalize on said warranty. Since the leak was causing the bed to deflate, I couldn’t wait for months for them to respond (they still haven’t responded to this day) so I had to pay full price for replacement. Bed warranty isn’t worth anything if you can’t contact them to use it.
Update on 5/22/24. in the spirit of transparency, personal comfort did reach out after this posting and refunded me the correct amount that the warranty would have covered so, while it was certainly disappointing having to get to this point, they did try/succeed in making it right after the fact. That’s worth something anyway.

Controller doesn’t show what setting it is at. Frustrating I don’t like having to push it down just to see how low it is everyday.
