"Average at Best"

The adjustable platforms are excellent. The mattress is fine. The app and remotes are TERRIBLE. I have zero confidence either will work. The app can say i'm at a 14, and I can ramp up the number to 20, and air will come OUT making it softer. Making the number 2 points higher might result in 3 seconds air added, or 20 seconds. It's clear that the relationship between the app and the remotes and Air control unit is broken. The number on the remote doesn't correlate with the number in the app (even after 24 hours of letting all alone. Updating the software/app would probably resolve all of this, but based on reviews in the app stores, I'm guessing there are no plans for such an investment, and I regret my purchase in large part b/c of this. I could go on and on. If they fixed the app and remotes, I could give this 5 stars. As it is, every night is a shot in the dark on how the mattress will feel.

This order was for a replacement mattress. The first shipment was for a full queen and I only needed a 1/2 queen. This was resolved quickly.

The Rego mattress I bought didn't have enough padding and is very uncomfortable so I talked to a customer support person that told me that I need to buy the Rejuvenate mattress. Okay so after my phone conversation I was told that I could keep the Rego mattress due to shipping cost. Ok and they would give me a discount for the Rejuvenate mattress so I made the mistake when I got the quote which was going to be seven hundred dollars more, I figured ok sounds good so I bought it. Then after buying it I went back to the email and reread it I missed the part about I couldn't return the Rego mattress or the Rejuvenate mattress and that I was paying for both of them! It upset me so after about thirty minutes I called them back to cancel my order but they never called me back so I sent them a email on the same email and asked them to please cancel my order. So after waiting for about a hour I went to the website and turned in to customer service report to please cancel this Order! Still nothing. So I kept sending in request to cancel my order and I never received any response from them. So now about a week later I got a notification from FedEx that the mattress is on it's way. So I refused the delivery and told FedEx to ship it back. Thank goodness they did and Personal Comfort canceled my charge. So now I'm stuck with the Rego mattress!
This is a perfect example of how not to treat your customers in my opinion.
They say that they stand behind their product but I have tried to get a RMA number so I can return it. I filled out all the paperwork weeks ago and still haven't received anything back from them. I will keep you updated if they ever except my refund. They should because it's one of the most uncomfortable mattresses I've ever had. I have taken it apart and rolled up the air chambers so it's really to pack up and send back. The rest of it is on my trash trailer.
Update for now, After refusing my delivery from FedEx with the new mattress it was returned back to them and after a couple of weeks they sent me a refund for everything I purchased from them. So now I'm happy and as far as the comfort of there mattresses to me I didn't like the Rejuvenate one but that's just me. As far as don't business with them I think they will work with you on anything you want to buy on there website!

"Beds great, pump is loud!"

Original review was a 5 as we love our new R12 split king bed. But, we are not so crazy about how loud the pump is. Making an adjustment in the middle of the night can annoyingly wake my wife or I. Seems after all these years of making these beds and pumps that the pump would be whisper quiet.

The sheets are extremely expensive, so that's why 4 instead of 5 stars.

we were told that we called the wrong number, then we found an invoice for the new air chamber, paid it and two days later no shipping date?
This question is for a second air chamber that was delivered yesterday but still shows ORDER IN PROGRESS.
