New Customers are valued more than Old Customers.

They have a new warranty for New Customers that would have covered my leaking air bladder issue. But see I am an Old Customer (4 years old), and the New warranty is for New customers, so unfortunately I am out of luck, and had to pay for the faulty air bladder. Even though we bought a very very expensive bed 4 years ago. Old is Bad, New is Good. It's that simple for Personal Comfort. To provide an update: I did have a manager reach out to me since I wrote this review who seemed upset that my review was inaccurate. He was very passionate which I applaud but he seemed to be determined that I was wrong and he was right regarding their new warranty policy. He then suggested potentially covering some of my out of pocket expense but its been over a week and he hasn't reached back to me. So no Select Comfort doesn't get an improved review, as a matter of fact I reduced it by one star.

It was a pretty easy set up and getting to know our bed. ALthough I thought that the massage was more than a vibration. We are thrilled to have this nice bed.

Super helpful, and honest. I ordered a replacement part and was paying full price for it. THEY researched my original purchase on their own and told me it was under warranty, saving me $$$.

"New and Improved Replacement Parts a JOKE!"

Our air mattress started leaking and the $160 replacement that is new and improved is like sleeping on an air mattress wrapped in plastic. Every move that is made on my side of the bed is heard by all now. Laying the 2 air mattresses side by side, the new one looks like it is a Walmart pool toy compared to the original air mattress. Overall, this is my 4th replacement part since we bought it. We have replaced 3 control units for the base and now an air mattress. Never again as I am not happy!!!

They have you write a great review before the bed comes because the salesman makes you believe everything is amazing and the bed can be returned or fixed…. Not true…. Inever considered this being a bad purchase or something I’d wish I could return but I would get it negative stars if I could. Some days the bed is just empty, some days it’s 30 over what we set it at. It’s been a nightmare just don’t bother… they make you keep the bed a certain amount of days before you can return it but just long enough you can’t get the return in by the time they answer. So upset to see thousands of dollars go to waste because we still need a bed we can sleep on and this one is not it
