Not the same as select comfort (aka sleep number). We had a select comfort mattress for 20 years and loved it. When it finally went bad and wouldn't hold air, we decided to give personal comfort a try. Didn't really care for it too much right out of the gate. But, 4 years later I just can't deal with it anymore. Went and bought another select comfort
/ sleep number bed today. Can't wait to get it. This thing (personal comfort ) is not as comfortable at all. I constantly have neck and back pain. Hardly ever sleep through the entire night. Two stars because it was made well but it's just not a good product compared to sleep Number/ select comfort. Not even close. We are giving the personal comfort mattress to our dog. I hope he likes it better than the current mattress he has.

we had the C4 before and it was way better than personal comfort. we bought an i10 this time and LOVE it.

Do not buy this product. It sounds like your sleeping on potato chip bags. When you call, they say they never heard of such a thing. They are trying new air chambers, boasting better than Sleep Number. I owned Sleep Number and this is not even close in quality. Again do not buy this product !!

The representative was patient and helpful. She explained how to determine the problem. The instructions were clear and concise which resulted in ordering the right replacement part. The cost was more than reasonable and delivery quick. Approaching 40 days after installation and every night has yielded comfort.
