There’s nothing better than having something go seamlessly. We had a problem with one of the bladders in our bed. Called for a replacement. Service person on the phone was pleasant well informed and quick to resolve the issue. Replacement was sent out quickly. And I reinstalled it. Everything went smoothly.

In Aug of 2024, my air core somehow failed and sprung a leak with my bed that I purchased a number of years ago. This was my first issue we experienced with our bed that we have enjoyed for sometime. So after trouble shooting the cause myself to no avail, I ordered a replacement. The following day, customer support contacted me. They reviewed my order, confirmed with my previous purchase record that I ordered the wrong size, and offered the correct replacement at a far discounted price from when I ordered the wrong piece. Now that’s customer care and support!

"This bed is beyond terrible for side sleepers who suffer from back pain."
This bed is terrible. My husband loves his half of our split king bed - because he is a back sleeper. I wake up in tears every morning. I sleep better in the recliner. No matter how much I adjust the settings, no position alleviates the pain. I'm a side sleeper and it just doesn't work. I regret this purchase. I'll be painfully counting down the years until I can buy a new bed. I do not recommend it for side sleepers who suffer from back pain.

The entire experience with ordering sped was excellent. The customer service people were great. We got our bed within a few days. The mattress is comfortable. My wife likes to sleep on a soft mattress I like a more firm mattress. The bed is easy to use and the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in.
