"Almost Perfect"

Great service. I like a really firm bed because of back injury in the military and so I set the bed for a max at 50. I wished there was perhaps a way to make it even more firm but I suppose not. And the bolsters on the side are weak. When you set on the side of the bed, it pretty much just folds in...not much support along the edge.

My experience started with excellent help to answer my pre purchase questions. Russell and RJ were both very helpful. We received our mattress and it was very easy to unpack and set up. Our first night was awesome! We usually take a bit of time to get used to the bed but not is this case. The second night was even better. I now look forward to my sleep experience. My wife was experiencing hip, back and shoulder pain but not anymore. She is now sleeping incredibly comfortable on our Personal Comfort R12 mattress. This mattress feels very comfortable and cozy, like sleeping on a cloud and is the most comfortable mattress we have ever slept on. We are past Sleep Number customers with past being the keyword. The people I dealt with were helpful. as well as being pleasant to work with. However, we still have one outstanding issue to deal with. The wireless remotes received with the new air pump could not be made to work and need to be returned. I need return instructions for this. I did receive wired remotes that did work properly.
