The app doesnt work - fukn aholes. I had to pay extra for your 15 cent remote after alreadt spending 3k on your air mattress. $50..... Will never touch another Personal Comfort product and will only ever talk bad of your brand and name.
I hope Personal Comfort only ever deals with people as terrible as your scamming selves.

"I think you have some quality issues...."
This is the second mattress we had to replace in less than two years at a cost of $150+ per mattress. There seems to be an issue with leaking air. I am kind of disappointed about that. The bed is only a few years old. Did not expect that this would be an issue when we purchased our twin bed.
Also, I had to replace a controller on my wife’s side of the bed which went bad. I believe that was around $100. Plus, the controller on my side of the bed is peeling. I don’t want to pay another hundred dollars just to replace that for a cosmetic issue, but it looks crappy.

Lonnie was a great help, but someone in the shipping department did not follow through until Lonnie checked out as to why the shipment was not sent. If the order had been shipped sooner, this would have been a five star.
