My wife and I needed a bed that had adjustable firmness. We looked at Sleep Number and Personal Comfort. In looking at videos and charts and other reviews it was an easy decision to go with Personal Comfort. But especially when I called with a few questions and spoke with Russell, that made it great. He was nice, informative, and great to work with. I am totally pleased with the whole process. Highly recommend this company.
