I had called and spoken with Russell for the first time on Monday in regards to discounts on the type bed we wanted. He was easy-going, personable, knowledgable and professional. Over the next two days, I had to ask him to wait and hold the discount pricing for me a couple of times. He graciously agreed. Finally I was able to place my order today after a few more delays. I hope you guys realize what a treasure Russell is. Our order is in and we’re looking forward to receiving our third bed from Select Comfort/Personal Comfort! Thank you for an excellent product!

Andrew was professional from the first minute we started to communicate. My wife & I had many concerns about your competition and costs. We called upon Andrew several times almost asking the same questions. Andrew maintained a professional manner and never lost his cool. My wife & I were on the fence for awhile, Andrew never pressured us into a purchase. During our last call to Andrew, he was polite and professional. Again, we drilled him, he was spot on his original proposal was as good as what we ended up purchasing with Personal Comfort Bed. "Nick was terrific help and guidance"

Nick was terrific, we walked thru the alternatives and considerations, and he was able to make it all clear. Easily made the decision with his help; from Personal Comfort perspective, it was the most full featured, but glad to get the bed we want, for a decent price.
(note: previously purchased 5 years ago a king size with adjustable base, continue to be very pleased with it)
