The experience was terrific. We had done a ton of research on all the the competitors on which bed was right for us. Our sales person RJ was the most patient and informative person. I had a ton of questions and then more questions and he hung in there for us. End of the day delivery was perfect l, set up pretty easy and we are enjoying our personal comfort bed after sleeping on it for about 30 days now. We also bought the sheets and they are very good quality.

He explained the difference of your series of mattresses which was very helpful. I feel that Jordon provided me with the information, so I could decide what mattress would best fit my preference. After my decision, the process couldn’t been any easier or quicker to complete.

He was extremely patient with me and very kind. He explained everything very well. I am so happy to have worked with him, he made it a great experience. I purchased a new mattress, power frame, bedding, pillows, and mattress protector. I feel like Russell helped me with the best deal possible, didn't try to push anything on me, explained all the products and benefits of them. Russell provided me with his contact info for follow up questions or concerns, which I feel is amazing! I would prefer to work with one person, who knows your preferences and helped you though the process. I will definitely be recommending Russell to my friends and family. I am very impressed by this company's customer service and quality workers. I will happily be shopping here again in the future.

RJ was very helpful to me with me deciding to purchase a Personal Comfort bed. I called a few days ahead and talked to him about the bed but wasn’t sure I was ready to purchase. He never once tried to push a sale on me. I called about 5 days later and made my purchase. He was very knowledgeable and answered every question I had.
