Very happy with the bed, however the installers was not very friendly, the installer had a attitude not sure why he showed up with it acted like he didn’t want to be here not a good experience. To bad Mede me feel like I made a mistake when I ask for the system to be installed.

I was not available multiple times that I had set up for him to call me back (due to my work).. He never called over and over, never pressured, never pestered, and was always friendly!!! Great salesman!!

RJ was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. I have no complaints with him at all. Completing the financing through Synchrony bank though was an absolute nightmare. You would have thought we were buying a house and not a bed. Thanks for protecting our identity, but I think you went overboard with it. I will do a follow up review later regarding my purchase.

Kaitlyn is awesome! She listened to my issues and gave me a plan to try. Once I tried it she responded by correcting my issues with a different top and comfort layer. I fail to see how anyone could complain about Personal Comforts staff, customer service and responsiveness. So far they have been with us every step of the way and more than willing to make it all right to give us a better sleep.
