The bed slowly loses air. I do not like it for what it cost me. I no longer want this bed.

Andrew is extremely knowledgeable about Personal Comfort’s products—able to answer all my questions, and even those about the main competitor (with with which I have a lot of experience from about 10 years ago.) Never once did Andrew try to sway me away from the more cost-conscious models as that was my maximum price point during the sale at this time. He was forthright about the fact that both companies’ base models are similarly priced but was able to clearly show why Personal Comfort’s design is superior, as well as having a superior warranty and legacy replacement parts availability. Andrew is as professional as they come and it is obvious that he takes great pride in the company and its integrity. It was a pleasure to do business with him. And I plan to reach out to Andrew again when Personal Comfort has the Labor Day sale so I can also buy the gel topper at a discounted price. Thank you for an awesome purchasing experience. It isn’t often that I spend $1000 on a single item.
