I was trying to determine which bed to purchase between the Sleep Number and the Personal Comfort Bed the rep from Personal Comfort was Russell. Russell walked me through the differences in the two beds and sent me a few videos to view on the two beds. He answered all of my questions and concerns and worked out a great price for the bed. These 2 have wireless remotes
We’re having a hard time with one of the beds remotes keeping the bed on the setting we set it at. I set it at 30 and it goes back to 50
Finally got it to stay at 30 but afraid to adjust it again
