I ordered a new Personal Comfort Bed from RJ on the phone. He was very thorough and professional and helpful in answering my questions making it easy to make the right choices for my bed. It was quite painless and now all I have to do is wait for my bed. I am looking forward to getting it. So far it has been a very positive buying experience.

The Personal Comfort Sales Rep was awesome - very knowledgeable, answered all our questions. The delivery and setup was not so great. They did not set the mattress on the base squarely so it didn't operate correctly. They said they had not installed this brand of bed previously, called it a "Sleep Number" bed and were not able to give any help with operation.

Still working out the kinks. My light under my bed does not come on when I step out of bed. I called and informed someone. Got a call back and they said that this guy would call me to work out issues but I’ve received no call.

Would never buy a big ticket item from this company again. Customer support needs 100 + percent improvement on purchase of faulty product. Turn around time for repair or help is extremely slow. Can’t blame everything on Covid or supply and demand.

Typed the wrong email address so I never received any updates or confirmation on my order. Called in and Russell worked with me to get everything resolved and helped me change my bed to better fit my sleep style. Haven’t received the bed yet but I am very have with the customer support. "First off I love our Personal Comfort…"
First off I love our Personal Comfort bed. I am NOT please with the service after. Twice I called asking for support on how to keep the beds from moving apart as we got the split king. The people I dealt with on the phone were supposed to check on some connecting straps, call me back and get them out to me. I never did receive a return call or the straps. Had to get some rope and tie the legs together. It's crude but effective.

my select comfort bed is over 25 years old and have had no issues until recently with haveing to add air about every 4 months . Since my wife has gotten ill we needed a bed that she could raise her head and feet . Started shopping around check multiple manufacturers but returned to select comfort which not only best product, best price but also best customer service. RJ was great ! I explained what I wanted and he listened to and made recommendations. Just a pleasure to work with and even laughed at my jokes . I couldn't have expected any more . I'm sure I'll be back in another 25+ years ( hopefully) and buy another.
