I called and spoke with Russell and he went beyond my expectations. I tried to rush to not waste his time yet he slowed me down so I knew what to expect and what I would get so I would be completely satisfied. Satisfied with the sales experience is an understatement. This purchase is for a camper and I have had sleep number beds before. I am happy to be going into a non sleep number bed that is made better for cheaper and the reason I came to call Russell is sleep number failed to deliver as promised on the bed and customer service. If the bed is 1/3rd the quality as the customer service has been so far, I will be a life time customer. People matter and Russell understands that. Looking forward to reviewing the product. Exceptional pricing. Need I say more?
