I spoke to Russell a few days ago when my wife and I were considering a new bed. We visited a well-known competitor’s showroom since we had purchased from them before. After comparing features, warranty, customer service, and prices we chose to go with Personal Comfort. A big part of it was Russell’s no pressure and informative sales demeanor. He answered all our questions and only suggested options we could consider.

I feel all Air Beds are overpriced and not a good value.
I have tried it and personally do care for the feel, I prefer a Sprong
Foam hybrid type feel. But I agree it is much better quality compared to a Sleep Number Bed.

"Kaitlyn's Excellent Customer Service"
I ordered a 7 series bed and was not happy with the beds feel. I called Kaitlyn in customer service to return the bed. Rather then have me return the bed, she recommended changes to the bad that added more foam, basically converting the bed to a 10 series. All this while still under the return policy. The change was great and I love the bed. Kaitlyn's recommendation saved the sale and we are very happy with the results.

Only took 3 weeks to the day to arrive. I bought the A7 split king with the power flex 2. We've had it 2 weeks. Very easy to set up. Very easy to link phone with the app. Mattress came fully assembled. Hooked up hoses, plugged in. Wireless remotes were already linked. Put feet on bases and flipped over. The remotes were linked. DONE! Support was great. My wife and I love, I SAY LOVE THIS BED. To beat all. We have been on a sleep number bed for the past 18 years. We were about to buy another when I came across this bed. Sorry but I loved my sleep number bed, BUT I'm so glad we went with personal comfort. Much better quality for sure.

The representative from Personal Comfort, Andrea, was very accommodating to all the questions I had. Believe me, I had a lot of questions. She made many suggestions, which I decided to add to my order, they were very helpful. We are looking forward to getting our new bed!

So far so good with the bed. We are still evaluating it but my husband and I like that we can customize our own sides. I’m set right now at 45 and he’s set at 20 so we are clearly preferring different feelings of comfort in the bed.
