This has been a great experience so far! We had spoken with a representative and could not reach him again when we were ready to make our purchase the next day.

We reached back out to the company via the phone number and was connected with Jordan. He was extremely helpful, and even matched us with a bundle deal that saved us money AND extended our warranty.

Excellent company to deal with. They answer the phone and are prompt with following up. My salesman was Mike W he was fantastic start to finish. We got the A10 and my mom loved it. My dad wanted something a little firmer so I called customer service. I was helped by Kaitlyn A their comfort specialist. I wasn't on hold for more than 2 minutes. Kaitlyn was very kind and professional. She took care of me. We are having a frimer insert shipped to us for my dad. Thar is what is great about they beds you can customize them at any time for the perfect amount of support. I am very satisfied with my investment into this company now that I have seen both the great product and dealt with customer service. I will definitely be recommending them.
