"Communication needs work"

Love the bed! The price and quality is great! There were a lot of delays in receiving the bed. Did not receive the bed until three weeks after expected time frame, due to back orders on parts. Still awaiting pillows ordered. No communication, I had to call to find out about delays.

Spoke with Russell who was able to walk me through the process of ordering my PC Bed. Lots of steps when financing but hey, they ensured I am who I say I am so I'm happy with the security. Russell took the time to answer my questions and helped with all parts of the process from start to finish. Excellent!

The delivery was fast because we lived next to one of the factories! We are happy with the price compared to sleep number. We researched this type of bed for 3 years.
We upgraded from a full regular mattress to a queen a6.
We only have one comfort layer which is fine because of the firmness we have always been after.
My husband says I snore its that good.
It's just a blessing to get a good night sleep and have the mattress finally last.
We aren't heavy people but we needed a mattress every 3 years, because of dents.
The air tubes that are reinforced are a great thing and it doesn't deter our cat from going under the bed. The motor doesn't scare him either.
The remote light is very bright at night so I suggest adjusting before turning off light.
We finally have a firm bed the way we like it. You get 2 remotes and don't have to have anything on your smart phone if you don t want too. I love that!
I like that you get 120 days to try versus 100.
The youtube videos were very helpful. I put the bed together myself. I sleep great every night.
Deep sleep is what I get and my body doesn't ache anymore. My husband sleeps better and wakes up in less pain. No more dips in the bed!
