"Took a long time to get the product"
Took a long time to get the product. Ordered in mid November with delivery date by late December. The first I called the company was to inquire I was given one excuse but was told that it should ship that day or the next because they had received everything. Several weeks pass and I call back it was another excuse. I told them I wanted to cancel my order. The bed shipped the next day to the company that would deliver it. Once the delivery company received it, it was still 3-4 weeks that I had to wait for delivery. Also didn’t receive everything the salesperson promised. Have family that is wanting a number bed and i think we will just go to the store and buy one rather than have to wait 4 months for one to be delivered.

"Stay Away from this dishonest company!"
These ratings do not reflect ratings on Yelp, Facebook, BBB, and Consumer Affairs, which are consistently less than 2.5. We bought a Flex-King PC bed in 2019. Problems with delivery, set-up, service in less than two years have cost 165 documented communications, 22 weeks of bed being unusable, and filing BBB and Atty Gen complaints. As is their modus operandi, our emails & phone calls have been ignored, the 25-year warrantee is non-existent, and they expect you to crawl under the bed to diagnose and repair any problems, thus breaking your warrantee.

Andrea was excellent at helping to explain the differences between the mattresses. After a couple questions about sleep habits we were able to narrow it down and pick one. We are looking very forward to using our new mattress I'll write a review after we get it.

I ordered a Powerflex bed from from Jordan. He was skilled in explaining its features and benefits. He was friendly, attentive to my questions and situation, and went out of his way to give me the best deal possible. He took time to be of help without making me feel like I was inconvenient or He was rushed to do something else. I am extremely pleased with the service and look forward to the bed frame. Andrea was amazing! My husband and I were just wanting to get a different bed but she showed us how this bed is an investment for our health. She went over the options and told us which she recommended but wasn't pushy, which we appreciated. After sleeping one night in the bed, I was so glad e went ahead with the purchase. I've had the best sleep in our new bed than what I've had in the last 7 months! Overall, I'm very satisfied with our purchase and her assistance in this process.

I love this bed. I owned a Sleep Number bed for 23 years and was ready for an upgrade. So much has changed, and I went to try out a new model at one of their stores. I was interested in an adjustable base and wanted the Split King. After leaving the store, I happened to see Personal Comfort's information online and decided to check them out. The massage features on their PowerFlex 3 base are what sold me on the bed, so I made a phone call to investigate further. Jason was very helpful and was able to beat Sleep Number's sale price. The bed arrived about 3 weeks later, and I was able to complete the set-up easily with my son-in-law's brawn. (The power bases are heavy, and the hardest part was getting them in the house and in position after they were delivered.) The bed meets my expectations, and I love it. My one call to customer service a few weeks later was answered quickly by a technician who was knowledgeable and spoke good English. I look forward to the 25 year warranty this company offers.

"Bed Wasn’t for Us, but the Customer Service Was Top Notch"
We gave the Personal Comfort bed a try, we wanted to love it, we really really did, it just didn’t work out that way.
My wife slept a little hot, and I just personally prefer the traditional spring mattress, we’re all different I guess.
I worked almost exclusively with Kaitlyn A. for all of my customer service inquiries. She couldn’t have been better with regard to being helpful, polite and responsive.
The Personal Comfort product as a whole, to me seemed very high quality. However, the type of mattress just wasn’t for us.
Based off of my experience I have already referred people to Personal Comfort. There is zero reason to pay more for another number bed brand, especially considering the generous trial period.
