The Personal Comfort Bed was a GREAT purchase; the Customer Service has been a challenge. The company was very communicative regarding the bed until the purchase was complete. I would try to get through the customer service number and found the line to always be busy so I submitted tickets. When I submitted tickets, I received a response in 2-3 days - which is acceptable. What I do not think is acceptable is that there is NO follow-up communication. I ordered our bed on 08/30/2021. Our bed foundation was shipped early but I couldn't track the bed mattress because the online account didn't recognize me - I submitted a ticket. We received our bed late September. Again, we are very pleased with the bed. The bed sheets didn't arrive until late October. I was going to submit another ticket for the sheets and pillows that we ordered but the sheets arrived out of the blue - no email regarding the delay - nothing. On 12/31/2021, I submitted a ticket asking about the status of the pillows that I ordered and had not received - even though The Personal Comfort website showed the pillows as ordered and shipped. I received an email stating that the pillows are delayed until February 2022 and we can wait or receive a refund. I responded that we will wait for delivery. Dear Personal Comfort - if the majority of your business is conducted online you need to step up your customer service especially if you are trying to outdo competitors that have a storefront. I shouldn't have to reach out to you to find out the status of ANYTHING. If you are experiencing delays - be on top of it and communicate to your customers that have paid out substantial bucks for your product. For that reason, I rate Personal Comfort with TWO stars. When people ask about our bed, I tell them that we are very happy with our bed but I am reluctant to recommend the company because of the service. Sincerely, Carolyn Wilson

With the exception of the amount of time it took for the mattress to arrive (almost 20 days) I have no complaints with my mattress. It was easy to set up once i watched the video. I would say it would be even easier if you would mark/ label the different components of the mattress. It is more comfortable then my previous mattress & I am sleeping better.

Ordered and received our new bed in the fall of 2021. Throughout the entire process Russell in Customer Service was attentive & friendly answering all my questions and keeping me updated on the build process. So far our bed had been everything we hoped and we are extremely happy with it. Thanks!!

"I have had issues with back day one"
I have had issues with back day one. I have been sleeping in our guest bedroom for a month now waiting for response and plan of action to either fix situation or return bed. The latest was last week and I responded and still haven’t gotten a response. How can I put faith in a company when customer service responses are few and far between and we haven’t even got a remedy to situation. To be sleeping on another bed for a month is unacceptable and my business does not seem important to anyone at personal comfort. Maybe leaving a review will spark some if any response/interest

"Previously owned a select comfort bed"
Previously owned a select comfort bed. It served us well for 25 years. In searching for a replacement we decided to go with the personal comfort system, because of the queen flex head mattress and the flex 3 base. It sleeps so nice and the massage puts the bed over the top, and the price was less than most air mattress systems with all the extras ( mattress, power flex 3 base, pillows, sheet set). Would buy from personal comfort again if I need another bed in another bedroom. Thanks personal comfort.

"Best nights sleep!"
First looked at Sleep Number beds and then looked online at Personal Comfort, beds had everything that I was looking for and ordered my A8 bed. After sleeping on the bed for 2 months now I can honestly say I love it! Best investment ever! I sleep great and my restlessness is now 4% where it had consistently been at 8% and up! I wake up in the morning feeling well rested. Wanted a mattress like this for years and am so very happy to finally have one. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a great nights sleep.

"After 5x rescheduling delivery"
After 5x rescheduling delivery, both of us taking a day off, moving furniture, just to move back - we were given a $400 credit. That was much less than we lost being business owners and taking the day to wait until 7pm for XPO call into state that the delivery wouldn't happen.
We enjoy the bed, but not for the aggravation to get it here. I would not recommend Personal Comfort to others.
