Bed arrived when promised, It was carefully packaged, all parents were there. The instructions were clear and assembly was pretty fast and pretty easy. Controls are easy to operate. We are very satisfied with our very comfortable dual control new air bed.

"Love Our New Personal Comfort Adjustable Bed !!!"

Ordered our Personal Comfort bed by phone with Andrew P. in February 2022. He was very knowledgeable and professional in helping us make our final choices of the features we wanted in our bed. We received the bed on March 14th 2022 which included free White Glove installation. After a week of sleeping in it, we definately chose the right bed and saved tons of money over a similar Select Comfort bed. We are very satisfied with the quality and value of Personal Comforts products. Happy customers...Thanks Andrew !!!

"If I could give a negative star I…"

If I could give a negative star I would. I fell for the pitch over the phone. The promises. "oh-if you buy tgis up-graded group # you will not only get the bed frame and mattress you will get a set of linen,pillows,mattress pad and a reduced cost for a professonal set up". "with this type of bed you REALLY NEED someone that KNOWS HOW to do it CORRECTLY".
Well when we FINALLY got the bed delivered. The young men had NEVER put one together before. Had watched the video in the truck on the way to deliver it. My husband helped them figure out how to put the thing together.
Within a month the motor for the frame had to be replaced,
I still have not been able to figure out the pressure. It does not seem to adjust as it claims to with any movement.

Russell Spring was exceptional and went beyond the call of duty. To keep my story short I wanted to replace my Sleep number mattress. But three calls sleep number I could not get anyone to understand what I needed. So I searched for an alternative company and behold Personal Comfort came up. After watching your video I called and fortunately got Russell. He immediately understood what I was looking for and worked with me to place an order saving me a substantial sum. I’ve put Russell’s contact info in my phone and will be sharing it with everyone looking for a number bed.

It is BAD none from your company comes and sets it up and make sure it is right I am not comfortably on the bed it is higher on L side makes me turn on my back or move over to the R i ALMOST not sure even that the wood slats are right i check them and they move and open up wider, i MIGHT RETURN THE BED IF SOMEONE DOES NOT COME OUT WHO REALLY KNOW HOW TO MAKE THE BED WHAT U SAY IT IS BUT IT IS NOT COMFORTABLE!! IF NUMBERS GET LOW 15 OR LES IT SINKS IN THE MIDDLE!! iS THAT THE WAY IT IS SUPPOSED TO ? Bad! VERY UNCOMFORTABLE I AM Trying TO GET IT MORE COMFORTABLE BUT NOT SURE IF IT GETS THERE might SEND IT BACK unless u send someone out here to make it right!!
