"Great Customer Service"

I started talking to Russell on Dec 23, 2021, regarding the A8. He answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable about the product. I was still researching other brands available, so I wasn't ready to buy at the time. He understood and was not pushing me to buy. He asked if it was okay to check in from time to time. I told him that was fine, and I planned on deciding in April. He did call one time before to check in and see if I was still interested. It was a no-pressure call, which I liked. I told him I was still interested and would give him a call in a few days. Today I purchased an A8; it made my decision to buy very easy, not only for the quality of the bed but the customer service I received from day one.

"Mattress Search"

We were in the market for a new mattress and wanted an adjustable Sleep Number. Did some research and found Personal Comfort. We liked the price and warranty. We had the pleasure of working with Russell who did a great job guiding us through. Can't wait for the bed to be delivered.

After 4 years of using a few regular memory foam, hybrid, and whatever. I went back to air mattress, it is the only thing I will ever be sleeping on forever. The Personal Comfort was priced right and offered various levels of mattresses, I kept it simple and finally don't wake up in shoulder pain, hand asleep or a sore back. I sleep thru most nights all night. Thanks for all the service your staff helped me with and Thanks for a great bed.

"Your customer service department is…"

Your customer service department is horrible. My bed was delivered and set up and one side was not functioning. I have been transferred over to the service department and no one ever calls back. This is BS.

I’m calling Monday to return the bed. I will let EVERYONE know what a horrible experience I had for a bed that I purchased for my disabled parents!
