Russell was extremely helpful and professional. He answered all my questions perfectly and made the experience worthwhile. He told me to expect a July delivery and I explained my wife is having surgery June 22 and was hoping to have before. He stated he could not make promises but would try. I found the packages on my front porch less than a week. Now that’s service I will never forget. The bed is up and is awesome. So is Russell!!! God bless him!! I will never buy a bed anywhere else, that’s a fact!

I have had my bed a couple of months now, overall bed is good except doesn’t seem like much padding between back and air mattress. Not sure if it’s because the top layer foam was torn when I received in box. Not sure if personal comfort would replace. I tried to call but couldn’t wait any longer had to get back to work.
