The bed itself is extremely comfortable! But my service was less than perfect. I didn't receive my pillows or the heating & cooling pad until at least 6 months after I got the bed. I had to email once & call once in order to get my remaining items.

Everyone I talked to was very pleasant and helpful. When we ordered our new bed it came in a timely manner and the online instructions were easy to follow to set it up. The only problem we had was the pillows we ordered did not come for about three or four months. We are very happy with our new bed.

"Very unhappy"
I was very happy with the person delt with. BUT THIS IS STILL NOT WORKING!!!! And I still don’t have the headboard bracelets. I’ve had a sleep number bed for years, never had a problem with it. This is turning out to be a nightmare. Please fix this
