He answered all my questions and was very helpful while I went through the process of understanding product differences and deciding which models would provide the best night’s sleep for my needs. I had called Personal Comfort on a Friday evening to ask a few questions as I was searching for a "sleep number” bed. Andrew answered and he addressed my questions. I told him I would talk to my husband over the weekend and call him on Monday which I did. He answered some more questions and I placed an order for the A6 mattress and Power Flex 4 base. I was on the fence about ordering the A8 or the A6 and he told me the slight differences between the two mattresses and ultimately decided that the A6 was what we needed/wanted which was actually the least expensive of the two. He did not pressure me to buy the more expensive bed which I thought was admirable. I bought the better base which I thought was more important because of the mechanics and the head tilt which will help with reading and watching TV in bed which my husband and I do. I got the bundle deal which included the 10 full year coverage warranty instead of just the 3 year. (25 year total warranty with limited after 10 years). All in all it was a good experience so far but I can update once I get the bed and we put it together. Andrew says Personal Comfort has made it much easier to put the bed/base together ourselves so we will see when it comes in a couple of weeks.
