"Terrible experience - Would avoid "
Terrible experience, ordered a back to the wall toilet on Monday 10th June, displayed as in stock and zero comms from Taps to advise of any delay until I contacted them.
I then had to chase them every day for further updates and was told the issue was with RAK, the manufacturer and once they have the part in stock on Friday 14th June they would try to despatch it the same day.
Still not hearing anything I asked again for an update around midday only to now be told RAK have oversold the product and all stock received today is already accounted for and gone. The next stock was not expected until August!
Surely this must have been known at the time they received my order.
This item is still being listed today as in stock and reduced in price. It is clearly not available for around 2 months and you just won't be told this!
Needless to say I have cancelled the order for a refund and will not be using Taps again.

In a month's time, I ordered 2 sinks and found out by myself basically, they do not have this item but they are selling it, where they do not have it in stock.
And I have to email them to find out about this.
If I could give 0 stars - I would give them 0 stars.

"Leaking Tap No More!"
The Customer Services Team, in particular Lydia has been incredibly helpful in are long episode with the manufacturers of a faulty tap. The tap was purchased in October 2023 and leaked when fitted. The matter was reported to Taps UK immediately who acted on our behalf with the manufacturer to resolve the situation. It took 7 months to resolve but during that time, Lydia was always polite, professional and approachable. We now have a brand new tap at no further cost that does not leak. Fantastic!
